lost & found

i forgot to write about this
there was a funny episode, well it wasn't funny then but it is now lol

i think it was the day before i had to come back to school

andrew was outside playing basketball with our neighbor and left his phone on the back bumper of my car (he's so dumb smh and he didn't even have his case on) and forgot about it so i drove to get gas and when i got to costco he called me from another phone telling me to see if it's still there.........

obviously it would've fell down a long time ago and i told him to look for it. my mom was there with me, but in her car since both needed gas and i was so afraid to tell her so i didn't yet.

the worst part was it was raining and dark already.

i guess they went to look for it and couldn't find it so when we got to SF market i told mom and she got really mad so we hurriedly checked out and i drove home with the stuff while she backtracked to find it.

i got to the driveway and i tried to look for it with my phone flash light in the rain and now that i think about it, it was kinda dumb because i didn't even go far lol

i got home and apparently they still didn't find it. i told him to try find my iphone but he didn't have it on -.- so we check the camera footage and it didn't drop when i backed out the car surprisingly so we couldn't do anything and just waited for mom to come back.

at this point it was kinda tense(?)

mom called me and the signal was bad but i heard something like "how did they not see it? how were they even looking" so i suspected that she found it but wasn't sure so i didn't say anything.

annnnd she actually found it lol

it was a few houses down at this curved area in the middle of the street

it was funny because we were so ready to call att and report it lost and stuff lol
good thing no one ran over it and it didn't crack even more (he already cracked it dropping it on dirt. DIRT.)

lesson learned: never put your phone on someone's car and forget about it
